Student Life
You’ll study and live in our small college environment while enjoying all the resources of a major academic hub. You’ll also have easy access to internship possibilities throughout the city (and beyond)!
Our residential campus in the heart of Boston
At Simmons, you’ll join 300,000 college students who call Boston home. Our tree lined campus is close to public transportation and a quick walk to Fenway Park, museums, theaters, restaurants, concert venues, and shopping districts, including lively Newbury Street. In your first semester, you’ll take a Boston Course that helps you engage with the city through an area of interest like art, politics, food, or news.
We have over 70 different clubs and organizations you can join to meet people with similar interests. Simmons is also a member of the Colleges of the Fenway (COF), a consortium of five neighboring schools. Being a member means our students have access to student organizations, study abroad opportunities, and social events like ski trips, carnivals, and block parties.
