PLEASE REFER TO THE ADMISSION TAB ON THIS SITE FOR COMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT THE APPLICATION PROCESS.
The School of Nursing and Health Sciences uses an electronic application. The application deadline for each SNHS program is different. Please check individual program sections of this site to determine specific deadline dates. All electronic and supporting paper materials must be received at 4:30 p.m. EST on the designated deadline date. The only exception to this time is for the Dietetic Internship(DI) program. Please see the DI section of this website for specific details for that program. There is no guarantee that late and or incomplete applications will be accepted for review.
Because the application process is different for each SNHS program, applicants should visit the Programs A-Z page and select the program you are interested in for application details. Official test score reports (GRE and TOEFL) for the D.P.T. program should be sent directly from the Educational Testing Service to the SNHS Office of Admission. TOEFL does not replace GRE: both test scores are required. The SNHS code for test scores is 3761. SNHS is unable to accept electronic scores so official paper scores are required. Allow 4-6 weeks for SNHS to receive these scores.
