The newly launched Masters of Science in Management (MSM) is designed to prepare students from a diverse set of academic and professional backgrounds for management and leadership success in today's competitive global economy. The program challenges students by providing a solid business foundation and the opportunity to develop management skills essential for a variety of sectors.
Students in the MSM program complete 36 semester hours, which includes a minimum of 9 required courses and three electives. The core coursework will constitute a suite of foundation level business courses that provide basic business knowledge and a mastery in management. Students may customize their degree by pursuing a General Management concentration or specializing in Nonprofit Management or Communications Management. Classes are held in the evening from 6-9PM, three semesters per year, at the Simmons campus in Boston. Students attend class part-time, and finish their degree in approximately two-years.
