The Technology Operations team manages the administrative and financial aspects of the Department. This includes:
- Operational and capital budget management
- Asset and inventory management
- Space planning
- Records management
They also enable specific Technology projects and initiatives through:
- Procurement of technology
- Software license management
- Payroll management
- Vendor contract management
