Simmons's nine residence halls, Bartol Dining Hall, the Holmes Sports Center, and the campus health center are all located on the Simmons Residence Campus, which is a short walk from the main campus.
All first-year students are required to live on-campus. All halls include cable TV and wireless internet access. Other residence campus amenities include laundry facilities, student kitchens, lounges with TVs, pianos, study rooms, a multi-faith prayer room, and a computer lab.

Getting to Know Campus Life
Check out the features of each hall, view photos, and review room layouts to help you find the right room:
While living on campus, students have the option of bringing their personal TVs to the residence halls. For best results, most TVs produced after 2007 are more likely to be compatible with our cable system. Simmons now offers a number of HD channels. For information about how to set up your TV connection in your residence hall room and a current channel lineup, please visit the Simmons Technology Website »
Campus Dining Options
Simmons offers dining services on both the academic campus and the residence campus. On the academic campus, these are two coffee shops, Meyers and Common Grounds Cafe, as well as an a la carte dining location, the Fens Cafe. On the residence campus is Bartol Hall and Bartol Late Nights. For more information about dining service locations, meal plans, dining hours, or bagged meals, please visit the Campusdish Website »
Smoke Free Living
In a continuing effort to improve the health of the members of our community and in line with local and national efforts to improve the quality of life, all residence halls are entirely smoke-free. Simmons is now a tobacco-free college; which includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and all forms of smokeless tobacco. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in or around any College Housing or on Academic Campus (except during designated hours, in one location on the Res Campus). Smoking cessation resources are available for students interested. The College is happy to be able to assist students who wish to stop smoking with tools available through the Health Center and Health Education department.
