Christina Baudia is entering her second season as Assistant Swim Coach at Simmons College. She assists
in all aspects of the program, including meet preparation, dryland coordination, stroke refinement and
recruiting.
Coach Baudis, a native of Glastonbury, CT, has been a part of the competitive swimming scene in New England
since age 8, including competing for the Glastonbury High School Swim Team. She began her coaching career
in 2004 at the YMCA of Boston.
Under Coach Baudis' guidance during the 2007-08 season, the Sharks won the GNAC title, placed second at the
Regis Invitational and qualified 12 athletes for the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving
Championships.
Coach Baudis received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and her Masters of Health
Education from Cambridge College. In addition to her coaching duties at Simmons, Coach Baudis is a health
teacher at Boston Latin Academy.
