Bob Rauseo enters his fifth season as Simmons
College head Tennis coach. In his four seasons, Rauseo has led his squad to a 50-20 overall record and a
36-2 mark against Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) foes, and has captured the GNAC
Championship in 2005, 2006 and 2008. In 2006 and 2008, the team qualified for the NCAA Tournament. Rauseo was
named the GNAC Women's Tennis Coach of the Year in 2005, 2006 and 2008. The 2008 Sharks were ranked #25 in
the ITA Northeast fall rankings.
Prior to coming to Simmons, Rauseo was the varsity tennis coach at Mt. Alvernia high school. The 2006 team qualified for the state tournament for the first time in school history. Rauseo, who currently coaches girls' tennis at The Winsor School, was named the Estern Independent League (EIL) Coach of the Year in 2009 while leading his team to a second place league finish. He currently serves on the ITA Division III ranking Committee, as well as the NCAA Division III Regional Advisory Committee.
Rauseo, a four-year standout at Suffolk from 1981-84, was selected the team's most valuable player in each of his last three seasons. A three-time captain, Rauseo set a program record with 19 consecutive wins at the top position and was ranked among New England's top twenty players. In May of 2007, Rauseo became the first tennis player inducted into Suffolk's Athletic Hall of Fame.
Rauseo, a native of Boston, MA, earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Suffolk in 1984 and a master's in business administration in 1990. He is the Associate Director of financial aid and an adjunct professor at his alma mater.

Assistant Tennis Coach, Athletics
Alex Yudelevich is entering her second year as Assistant
Tennis Coach at Simmons College. Her role includes assisting Head Coach Rauseo with team training and game
day preparation.
Yudelevich graduated from Simmons in May 2008 with a degree in Biology and Education. One of the most successful players in program history, Yudelevich played the number one singles and doubles spot for the Sharks for four years. Among her athletic achievements, Yudelevich served as team Captain for her last three years. She was honored with the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Player of the Year award in 2007, as well as the Athletic Director's Senior Award in 2008.
In 2006, Yudelevich competed in the Maccabi Sports for Israel Games in Australia, and came home with a Silver medal in doubles. She returned to the Maccabiah games in 2009 as an Assistant Coach for the junior USA tennis team. Yudelevich is also an Assistant Tennis Coach for The Winsor School.
Yudelevich recently received her master's in Elementary Education at Simmons, and will begin her masters in School Counseling at Suffolk University.
