A Semester in Rwanda

Making friends

Had brunch with Joyce Fletcher, an SOM connection. She is involved with this wonderful project:  the Maranyundo School (www.maranyundo.org).. I won't go much into it now but check out the link. The emphasis on girls is inspiring. The school has become the best middle school in Rwanda.

I've also gotten contacts from CMU (which has a satellite campus in Kigali), Gardens in Health (http://gardensforhealth.org), Partners in Health and K-Lab (http://klab.rw/). Should keep me busy.

Okay, so back to packing ....
