Room for rent
Big, sunny room $530/month
The room is available Sept 1st, 2013 - August 31, 2014, lease for 12 months.
Big, sunny , spacious room with hardwood floors in three bedroom apt. Also, another very large room with two closets for $530/month. We have a sunny, spacious kitchen.
We occupy the ground floor of a triple decker house. The neighbors in the building are all friendly.
Two male roommates, working, grad students, Simmons and Harvard Med are looking fo a roommate. We like to have a quiet place to be able to study if we need to.
I am looking for a quiet, responsible working student (one that keeps normal regular hours), to share a clean apt on a quiet street in Jamaica Plain. Looking for someone that is upbeat and positive. This is not a party house. Quiet hours in the building are 11pm - 8am. Really not a good fit for night owls and late night cooking.
The apt is a couple of minutes walking distance from Forest Hills, Orange line and buses, near shops, restaurants, laundromats and grocery stores. The people on the street are a very friendly, diverse group.
Share electric and gas heating (heat kept low during Winter). approx. ~$40 - $120/each a month internet is approx. $15/mth/each
This is a convenient location to anywhere in the city. There are great green spaces, i.e. Arnold Arboreteum, within walking distance.
Lease Sept 1st 2014- August 31, 2015.
no pets , no smoking, no loud tv/video games/music etc, no slamming doors etc./ no drugs/alcoholNo incense, scented candles, strong cologne, smoky cooking oil (stove does not have fan) because I am allergic. The occasional overnight guest is okay. Two rooms are adjacent to the kitchen, so the kitchen is closed after 11pm.
