Before completing the form below to request housing for the upcoming semester/year, please be sure to:
- Download and read the Graduate/Dix College Housing License Agreement. Please retain a copy of the Agreement in your files.
- Review room and board costs on the Student Financial Services website
- Send a deposit of $250 to the Office of Residence Life, along with the Deposit Form
