Important DatesSaturday, June 21 at 11:59 pm - Extended deadline to withdraw from housing for 2013-2014
Sunday, June 30 at 11:59pm - Deadline to submit housing application changes and roommate requests for fall housing
Sunday, June 30 at 11:59pm - Deadline for first years and transfers to begin special accommodations process for fall housing, through the Center for Academic Achievement
Saturday, August 31 (times TBD) - Move in day for first years, transfers, and graduate students
Withdrawal from HousingReturning Students: If you are interested in withdrawing from housing for the 2013-2014 academic year, please complete the form here. The deadline to withdraw has been extended to Friday, June 21 at 11:59pm. If students withdraw after this date, they will forfeit their housing deposit.
New Students: First year students need to request an exemption through the Director of Residence Life. To find out how to apply for an exemption, please email email@example.com.
Housing Application ChangesIf you have already submitted your housing application, but would like to make changes to your roommate request or your hall preference then you must fill out the housing application changes form. All changes must be submitted by Sunday, June 30 at 11:59pm Please make sure that if you are requesting a roommate, they request you are well. Housing assignments will be made during the month of July and sent out in early August.
Special Housing AccommodationsReturning students: The deadline for applying for special housing accommodations for the fall has passed. If you would still like to be considered for the spring semester, please begin your documentation process through, Simmons Disability Services.
New students: If you require special housing accommodations, please be in touch with the Simmons Disability Services to begin your documentation process. In order to be considered for an accommodation for fall housing, you must start the documentation process by Sunday, June 30 at 11:59pm.
Mail ForwardingSimmons residents looking to have their mail forwarded to their off-campus address this summer should fill out this form.
