The goal of Fit at Simmons is to provide students the opportunity to actively engage in and try a unique fitness-based activity each week. Weekly activities typically run for 45 - 60 minutes. Most are held every Tuesday from 5-6pm at the Sports Holmes Center on the Residence Campus, unless otherwise specified. Some of the exciting activities planned for the semester include a spin class, zumba, pilates, insanity workout and more. Events are free and individuals of all fitness abilities are encouraged to participate. Fall 2014 weekly events start Tuesday, September 16.
