Interested in becoming a peer educator? Do you enjoy knowing lots of health related information and sharing it with others? Come join this dedicated and fun group of students. Learn how to teach peer health education programs and make a difference. Programs to join include: EAT, SEX, Betsy's Friends, Time and Stress Management, StressBusters, Alcohol and Drug Education, and Sexual Assault Education.

Working in Health Education

Interested in working for the health education department? There are many volunteer and service learning projects available. Projects include peer education, developing and staffing educational information tables, creating bulletin boards and health campaigns, writing about health topics for the health education newsletter and the Simmons College Voice, developing and maintaining web content, helping with graphic design, helping with health events, being a health representative in your Hall or for your organization of club, developing health curriculum and programming, and helping in the health education office.
