When it comes to recruiting and employers there are numerous options for Simmons alumnae/i, many of which are online and can be accessed remotely.

The CEC maintains its own job board, CareerLink, for employers recruiting Simmons students and alumnae/i. Oftentimes employers are seeking experienced candidates for full-time positions and will post them on CareerLink. CareerLink includes a feature called "Simmons Hiring Simmons" where Simmons alums can recruit current Simmons students and other alums. To learn more, register for CareerLink, and check out the current job listings, visit the alums' CareerLink page.

In addition to CareerLink there are many other job listings resources at your disposal where you can learn what recruiters are looking for. Check out the Jobs page for more information.

Career Fairs and Employer Events

Throughout the year the CEC hosts and co-produces a variety of employer events both on-and off-campus when employers are invited to recruit for both internship and full-time positions. Many of these events are open to alumnae/i. This includes career fairs, some of which are targeted and others of which are broader in scope. It also includes various information tables and sessions. We also list selected off-campus career events that we think are germane to the Simmons community. See the CEC Events Calendar for a list of upcoming events.

Alumnae/i Networking

As a graduate of Simmons you also have a highly valuable built-in network: over 40,000 fellow Simmons alums, one of your richest resources for career information and potential employment and recruiting leads. Visit the Alumnae/i Connections page to learn more.

Beatley Library Career Resources

You should also be aware of the career resources maintained by Simmons' Beatley Library, including access to job boards by field and discipline and other recruiting options. While there is a dedicated space for the print "Career Resources" collection in the library on campus, many of the resources are accessible online. You can start here on the main Career Resources page. Beatley Library is staffed by research librarians who specialize in different fields and are available to provide personalized career assistance for alums as well. Contact the library here.
