Language Dev. & Disorders

4 sem. hrs. Prereq.: RDG 406 and 410. Explores the components of typical and atypical language development across the linguistic domains: phonology, morphology, semantics, syntax, and pragmatics. Examines the behavioral manifestations associated with language disorders and their impact on academic functioning, particul written language skills. Includes formal and informal evaluative procedures.
