GSLIS West Advising Day

A Warm Welcome to New Students

Fall 2009 Advising Day for new GSLIS-West students will be held on Thursday September 10th from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm at the Willits-Hallowell Conference Center on the Mount Holyoke Campus. Lunch will be provided.

For the September 10th Advising Day, you will be assigned one of two advisors:

Beginning Tuesday, July 7th at 8:00 a.m. you will be able to register for Fall 2009 classes, using the online registration system AARC, http://aarc.simmons.edu.

For assistance with Fall 2009 course selection prior to the July 7th on-line registration, feel free to contact either advisor listed above.

Advising Day is mandatory. If for some reason you are unable to attend, please send an email to gslisstudentservices@simmons.edu.

Through this FAQ you will learn some of the details about your course of study before you arrive on campus on Advising Day. Please read it. If you are well-informed in advance, you will be able to use Advising Day to your best advantage.
