Assistant Dean for Technology and GSLIS West Program
Terry Plum is the assistant dean at Simmons Graduate School of Library and Information Science (GSLIS) and is responsible for GSLIS technology and the GSLIS West satellite campus at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA. He teaches courses in evaluation and information technology. He co-developed the MINES for Libraries® protocol with Brinley Franklin (http://www.arl.org/focus-areas/statistics-assessment/mines-for-libraries). He presents and publishes on the evaluation of electronic resources and digital libraries. Plum has consulted internationally in library evaluation, library science education and information technology training, most recently in Belarus, Liberia and Vietnam.
