Records Processor, Christian Science Publishing Society, Boston MA

Office of Records Management - This position is responsible for various aspects of processing of hard-copy materials in storage at the Records Center. Assists the RIM Strategy and Program Manager to identify, arrange, and describe records so they can be consolidated, preserved, and/or destroyed as required. Undertake physical arrangement of folders and boxes as well as descriptive data entry work using the Records Management database LiveLink.

College degree and 1-3 years experience in a business work setting required. Background in Records Management/Archives and/or Business preferred. Demonstrated ability to be able to process materials in a Records Management or Archival setting. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.General Computer proficiency. Knowledge of databases and systems useful. Knowledge of Records Classification systems a plus. Should be able to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
