Jasmina Jusic is the Adult Services Librarian at Park City Library in Utah, where her job entails collection development, reference, readers' advisory, programming and exhibits, supervising cataloging, serving as a liaison to the Friends of the Library, and being on the library management team. She started her career as a teen volunteer at Phoenix Public Library in Arizona, and then worked as a page, circulation attendant, and library assistant before starting her current position at Park City Library.
Jasmina holds a master's degree in Library and Information Science from Drexel University and a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Arizona State University with a minor in Political Science and a Certificate in International Business.
She is an active member of the American Library Association, Public Library Association, and the Utah Library Association. She serves on ULA's legislative committee and recently she was appointed to serve on ALA's Committee on Education. Jasmina completed the Ninth House Management Training program through the Utah State Library and was an ALA Emerging Leader. In 2010, Jasmina received Park City Municipal Corporation's employee of the year award for the Library, Recreation, Ice & Golf department.
