The Marketing & Admission Department is responsible for increasing the awareness and visibility of the College, positioning Simmons as a premier, small university in the heart of Boston, and recruiting academically strong and diverse students for the undergraduate program and all graduate programs.

The staff uses strategic skills and creative expertise to implement online marketing campaigns; manage the website; develop print, outdoors, and online advertising; produce publications including admission publications for prospective undergraduate and graduate students, the SIMMONS Magazine for alums and In the Loop newsletter for faculty & staff. The team oversees the creation and maintenance of a consistent, strong, visual branded look for Simmons across all communications vehicles including printed materials, online, signage, advertising, banners, posters, presentation templates, clothing merchandise in the bookstore etc.

There are ten teams in the Marketing & Admission Department, organized around online marketing, social media, the web office, advertising, undergraduate admission, graduate admission, public relations, publications, the Simmons Institute for Leadership & Change (SILC) and the Simmons Leadership Conference (SLC).
