SOM Academic Calendar
Notes: In the academic year 2012-2013, evening classes may run on Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, President's and Patriots Day. Classes cancelled due to weather related events will be made up on Friday nights and/or Saturdays when possible.
2012-2013 Academic Calendar
The SOM follows the Simmons College calendar with the following exceptions:
- Jumpstart classes for the MHA offsite programs at Winchester hospital will begin on August 28.
- Classes for the AMHA online program will begin on August 27 with the required Foundations course.
- Pre-Foundations skill building workshops for the SOM graduate programs will be Monday, August 27-Thurday, August 30.
- Foundations of Business for the MBA and MCM graduate programs will be Tuesday, September 4-Saturday, September 8.
- Foundations of Business 2 for the SOM MBA day program cohort will be Saturday, January 26 from 9-4pm.
- Summer term for the SOM for many courses start in Summer 1 and cross over into Summer 2. All SOM courses by August 15.
