Jane is an accomplished executive coach and consultant with more than 25 years of experience in financial services, information technology, biotech and higher education. Jane partners with executives to develop change management strategies that deliver productivity gains and translate high-level visions into actionable plans. As a Human Resources leader, she has worked for many years designing leadership development and succession programs that led to the retention and promotion of high performance leaders at Fidelity Investments, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Analog Devices.
From senior leaders in critical positions to newly promoted high potentials, Jane helps leaders to develop increased self awareness, ability to listen deeply, engage in difficult and important conversations, and to influence from any role. Jane offers her clients a wider perspective on their challenges, and therefore, a broader range of choices. With choices, her clients become more effective and step back to ask some powerful strategic questions like: what am I doing, for whom and why?
Jane holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Boston University, where she specialized in Human Resources, and a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She received her coach training as an Integral Coach at New Ventures West and is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach.
