Banned Books Week 2010 Display
The Library invites you to see our newest display in honor of Banned Books Week. Come and check out our display of famous titles that have been banned such as Harry Potter, The Great Gatsby, Huckleberry Finn and On the Road. The display also features many favorites and classics from children's and young adult literature. Banned Books Week is an annual event which celebrates the freedom to read and the importance of the First Amendment. Check out a book and make a stand for intellectual freedom! The Banned Books display is located on Level 1 of the Library, to the left of the main entrance and will be up until October 2. You can also check out the Banned Books Library Guide on the website.
