Professional Positions

To search for staff (non-academic) and librarian positions, visit the Simmons College Online Employment Site. Search for positions in the "Library" department.

Applications for open positions may be submitted online. Questions regarding open positions or the application process can be directed to 617.521.2741.

Student Positions

Student positions are available throughout the Library, and are open to graduate students and undergraduates. Both work-study and non-work-study positions are regularly available. 

To find open positions, visit the Simmons College On-Campus Student Employment website. If you are using the site for the first time, you will need to create an account in order to search for open positions.

  • Please note, after 7:00pm on weekdays and 5:00pm on Saturdays, a current Simmons ID is required for entry to Lefavour Hall. A current Simmons ID is required to access the building at any time on Sundays.
