Students with a documented disability may need additional support while attending college to be able to reach their maximum potential. Students who had an annual IEP (Individual Education Plan) or a 504 Plan in elementary or secondary school may qualify for services at the college, or post-secondary, level. Additionally, graduate students may also qualify for services. The type of services, as well as the nature of their delivery, may differ greatly from those services received during the student's K-12 experience, or at their previous undergraduate institution.
