Reporting Lost or Stolen Cards

In the event of a lost or stolen Corporate Travel Card, the cardholder is required to immediately contact JPMorgan Chase at 800-270-7760 (24 hours a day, 365 days a year), and then notify the program coordinator. A card that is subsequently found by the cardholder after being reported lost shall be destroyed.

NOTE: The College is liable for all transactions until the card is reported lost or stolen to the bank.
