Contractor Parking

Step 1

  • Sponsored contracted employee must meet the eligibility criteria

Step 2

  • Contractor's site manager must submit a parking request to the Simmons representative, who manages the vendor relationship, at least two weeks prior to the individual's start date

Step 3

  • Simmons representative, who manages the vendor relationship, must fill out the online parking request form for the sponsored contracted employee

Step 4

  • The Simmons sponsor, Contractor's site manager and the sponsored contracted employee will receive a confirmation email that the parking request has been approved by the Campus Card Office

Step 5

  • Contractor and/or vendor must pay in advance for the entire expected term of the contracted temporary employee, or, in the case of full year employee, pay the full 12 months due June 15th effective July 1st of each year. Payments can be made effective at the Campus Card Office

Step 6

  • Contracted employee can start using his/her Simmons ID to enter and exit the garage by tapping at the entry and exit gates and proceed immediately to the Palace Road garage

Please remember:

  • The Campus Card office does not sell daily parking passes. You need to have a parking account to park on campus
  • Misuse of your parking account could result in the loss of your parking privileges
  • Read the Simmons parking regulations before proceeding with your purchase
  • Use the same Simmons ID to tap in and out of the garage otherwise you will experience problems at the exit gate
