Teaching and Learning Conferences

Teaching and Learning Conferences are opportunities for faculty members to share their classroom-based research and/or innovative teaching methods with colleagues from other institutions and disciplines.  These conferences are highly interactive and tend to model best practices in teaching.

Previous Workshops

Recordings of CET workshops and events can now be accessed through iTunes U. Please go to and click the "Launch iTunes U" button. Be sure to have iTunes installed on your computer. You will be prompted to enter your Simmons' Username/Password, which will bring you to the main Simmons' iTunes U page. In the box labeled "School or Discipline Specific," click on "Center for Excellence in Teaching (CET)" to open the list of available CET recordings.
