Simmons School of Management currently offers five leadership development programs for women throughout the year:

Investing in Women Leaders

For over 100 years, Simmons has been educating current and future women leaders. Our Leadership Development Programs teach key leadership competencies with additional emphasis on how gender dynamics affect organizational behavior and workplace culture. Women come to our programs from a broad set of organizations and industries to grow and expand beyond their limits to a higher level of management and leadership.  You will leave our programs with a clear vision of their role in the organization - and the ability to bring visibility and notice to you achievements.
