MBA Program Options

The Simmons MBA is designed to fit the busy lives and diverse situations of women.  Therefore, we offer a variety of full-time and part-time program options.  Regardless of the path you choose, you will receive the same high level of education, taught from the same curriculum, by the same exceptional team of faculty.  To provide added flexibility for students, we also offer compressed courses, hybrid courses, and podcasts, in addition to regular courses.

Full-time MBA Program Options

Our rigorous 16-month, full-time program provides all the content of a traditional two-year MBA curriculum in a compressed time frame, including an opportunity to pursue international study or an internship.
For those who require a faster pace, our accelerated 12-month option allows a student with significant professional experience to take a sabbatical from her career in order to earn her MBA degree. Both options reduce the time the student is out of the workforce and reduce the cost of your educational investment.

Part-time MBA Program Options

Simmons’s part-time MBA options are designed for students who wish to maintain greater flexibility to balance school, work, and other responsibilities. Our two-year and three-year options allow students to maintain employment while pursuing their degree.

Part- to Full-time MBA Program Options

For students who would like to jump-start the full-time program, an early start option in January provides the flexibility to start out part-time and accelerate to full-time.  Students essentially spread their coursework out over an additional six months and join the full-time cohort in the fall.    Students may also take a class or two before fully enrolling in the program to see if the Simmons MBA is right for them. Learn more about how to take advantage of this opportunity by contacting the admissions office at 617-521-3840.
