Forbes Magazine highlighted research conducted by Simmons School of Management faculty members Vipin Gupta, Susan Hass, Sylvia Maxfield, and Mary Shapiro in the article "How to Take Smart Risks". The article discusses the findings from the 2008 Leadership Conference survey sponsored by HP, that dispute that women are risk averse.
