We all have a personal brand: it's how we show up to others at work. This program takes a deep dive into the substance of personal branding for developing women leaders. We will define the elements of a strong brand, the impact your current brand has on your effectiveness today, and how to make it stronger for tomorrow. The session includes an in-depth look at The 5 P's of Leadership Brand® (Persona, Product, Packaging, Promotion and Permission). Each Participant receives her Market Feedback (conducted online as prework) as part of current state brand analysis. You will also learn how to talk about your brand's unique value, explore your own development opportunities, and leave with an action plan to achieve your goals.
As a participant you will:
- Assess your own personal brand/image through unique market research that provides you with direct feedback from your most critical stakeholders
- Acquire clarity and confidence about who you are, what your constituents value most about you, and what you should focus on to increase your impact and success
- Learn how to anticipate and address potential development derailers, including traps that may hold you back
- Discuss key challenges with your program colleagues—women facing the same issues as you—and build your network of peers
