Leo Newhouse is founder and principal of Transitions in Life/Care (TLC), a consulting practice dedicated to helping individuals, families and organizations negotiate life, and care transitions in today's multi-cultural environment. He has advanced training and certification in gerontology, mental health, and palliative care, and is an author of several book chapters and professional articles on culturally competent social work practice. A graduate of Wurzweiler School of Social Work/Yeshiva University (1992), he has served both as field instructor and clinical supervisor in the community mental health, and healthcare settings.
