Lisa Newfield, M.S.W., M.S., LICSW

As a clinician at the Riverside Outpatient Center in Newton, Lisa Newfield treats adolescents and adults, supervises new as well as independently licensed clinicians, and directs the social work and psychology intern training program. Lisa co-leads a DBT skills group and has experience running chronic pain, dual diagnosis, and women in mid-life groups. She taught Generalist Social Work Practice at the Wheelock College School of Social Work in 2011.

Lisa earned her M.S. in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health in 1986 and worked in program development, management consulting and operations management in hospitals and HMO's prior to earning her M.S.W. from Boston College in 2005.
