Hiring Company: Causeway Collaborative
Location: Fairfield County, CT

Job Description

You're looking for fulfilling and challenging work in an environment that is professional but not stuffy, cool but not cold. Causeway Collaborative is looking for a few good clinicians.

Before you get too excited (and this is a seriously exciting opportunity for the right person), let us tell you a little about ourselves. We are a new and growing child-centered clinical practice in Fairfield County, CT. Our offices, which are (if we do say so ourselves) inviting and hip all at the same time, are located in the heart of one of New England's most desirable suburbs. And while we appreciate the aesthetic of both our environment and of our clientele, and we value the many assets that our location affords us (excellent school systems, family-oriented neighborhoods, stable and caring communities… Shopping! Sports! Broadway! Catch Mrs. Carter at the Barclays Center!), we also know that it can be difficult to grow up in a place like this. Which is where we come in and why we're expanding.

Every day, we see young adults — mostly male — who come to us looking for an empathetic and understanding ear, for support, for resources…. for answers. And that's what we offer: help so that they can achieve, so that they can better understand themselves, so that they can grow into their best selves. On our website (which, if you haven't checked out by now, you really should), we say that we give students the brick and mortar they need to build their own bridges in the future.

Want to help build some bridges with us?

If you are a clinician who would like to work individually and in groups with 18-30 year old males, this is the job for you. If you are a clinician who is especially interested in issues related to individuation and independence, this is the job for you. If you are a clinician who enjoys helping teenagers and young adults find their way into the world, this is the job for you.

The position offers a competitive salary with benefits and requires relocation to Fairfield County, CT. An MSW, MA in Counseling Psyc, or equivalent clinical degree is required. Sense of humor and great taste in music are definite pluses.
