NASW 41st Annual Awards Ceremony to Honor Simmons Faculty & Alums

On March 19th, the National Association of Social Workers Massachusetts chapter will host an awards ceremony to honor members who have made significant contributions to the field of social work.The ceremony will honor six Massachussetts social workers, including four members of the Simmons community.

Johnnie Hamilton-Mason, M.S.W., Ph.D., will be honored with the Greatest Contribution to Social Work Education Award.

Nancy Levine, M.S.W., LICSW will be honored with the Greatest Contribution to Social Work Practice Award.

Alumna Joan Ditzion, M.S.W., LICSW will be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

And alumna Lisa Krinsky, M.S.W., LICSW will be honored with the Beverly Ross Fliegel Award for Social Policy and Change.

The ceremony will take place at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center.
