Health Care Finance
Introducing participants to financial management concepts and business practices in health care, this course includes the topics of accounting, finance, and related analytical and performance management techniques that have particular relevance to the health care leader. Participants will become fluent in the issues, data, and concepts of financial decision making at the level of the institution and at the national policy level, so that they can understand what financial managers do in healthcare organizations and how to deal more effectively with them on issues of business and program strategy.
