Audience Response Systems, or "clickers," are available for short-term loans from Media Services. (what is an Audience Response System?)
Simmons uses TurningPoint as our Audience Response System (ARS). The software, which integrates with PowerPoint, is installed on all classroom and lab computers.
Technology currently owns 2 ARS kits, each of which includes 60 clickers and a USB receiving antenna. The kits can be combined to serve larger classes. The PowerPoint add-in software required to use the clicker system is already installed in all classrooms and labs.

- Prior to using clickers at Simmons, faculty or staff must contact Academic Technology to schedule a 1-hour orientation session.
