Simmons provides and supports several applications for use in administering the College's affairs. Primary among these are Kronos, the online time and attendance applications, and Colleague by Datatel.
Colleague organizes and processes information about student applications and records, faculty and staff employee records, College finances and fund raising, payroll, and financial aid. Colleague data is available directly, through AARC, a web-based interface, where users can view class rosters, enter grades, and manage budgets, or through Raiser's Edge, the Simmons fund raising system.
The Administrative Solutions staff is responsible for developing, implementing, and troubleshooting Colleague and its several supporting applications.
