Music in Film
4 sem. hrs. Introduces the unique art of music for film. Screens films representing various eras and cultures and explores the film score. Presents genres including adventure, drama, musical, science fiction, and animated films. Studies music by the greatest film composers, including Max Steiner, Bernard Herrmann, John Williams, and others.
