Neurobiology

4 sem. hrs. Prereq.: BIOL 225 or BIOL 231 or consent of the instructor. Introduces human brain function using comparative and evolutionary concepts with emphasis on molecular, cellular, and neurophysiological techniques. Uses neuropathologies and disorders to illustrate basic concepts. Laboratory introduces students to neuroanatomy and basic techniques in neuroscience research.
