4 sem. hrs. Examines the judicial system and the legal and ethical issues that affect both managers and citizens. Considers an individual's rights as a consumer, a party to a contract, a victim of crime or negligence, an employee, or an employer starting a new business. Intellectual property rights and cyberlaw are included. Guest lectures, cases, and a field trip enhance this interactive course.
