Leading Your Entre. Venture
4 sem. hrs. Prereq.: MGMT 237, MGMT 250, and MGMT 238 or MGMT 260. Focuses on launching, leading, and growing ventures that are aligned with students' career goals. Applies advanced knowledge of entrepreneurship concepts, processes, and analytical strategies to design a new venture plan. Students also focus on key issues of human capital management and examine gender as it relates to new venture creation and entrepreneurial leadership.
