Since 1974, the School of Management (previously the School of Business) has pursued a unique mission of educating women to be exceptional leaders. Students are mentored by professors and apply classroom experience to internship opportunities during their course of study. They build networks within the business world of Boston and beyond, among classmates, faculty, and internship colleagues. Many students become involved in the Simmons Leadership Conference, often traveling abroad to hear inspiring speakers and assist in the event.
Our practice-based programs integrate strategic, functional, and behavioral aspects of management, empowering students to lead in a wide range of dynamic global environments. You'll learn from nationally distinguished faculty who integrate practical and academic experience for teaching excellence.
With a firm foundation in finance, marketing, and management, our students hone their business abilities and succeed in the globally competitive and multicultural world. We offer a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, and Executive Education programs that position our students as leaders in their organizations and communities.

In Memory of Professor Susan Sampson
Dr. Sampson contributed immensely to the University through her passion, scholarship, and leadership. She served as the Endowed Chair of the Prince Program Retail Management and as Associate Professor of Marketing in the School of Management where she taught for nearly 30 years.
