Elizabeth Murphy

Adjunct Faculty

Elizabeth Murphy has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 2009, primarily in the inpatient acute rehabilitation setting. In 2012, she started as an adjunct faculty member at Simmons as a lab assistant and tutorial leader. In 2014, she accepted a role within DPT Clinical Education.

Physical Therapy has given her the opportunity to teach both students and patients as they strive toward their goals. As a member of the clinical education team at Simmons, she truly enjoys the process of working with all stakeholders to mentor and guide students as they transition from academia to the clinic.

Outside of Simmons you can find her in the mountains or enjoying the beach with her husband and two girls.
