SLIS Student and Alumni Win Law Library Internship

Three shelves full of books in the Simmons University library

School of Library and Information Science (SLIS) alum Mary Hogan l’85MS and SLIS student Hannah Gershone have been selected for the Summer 2024 Creative Digital Projects Internship at the Law Library of Congress.

This remote internship allows students and graduates an opportunity to create visual data research and written publications that provide access to legal material on the Law Library of Congress website. Interns will receive training in writing for a government and legal setting, as well as the opportunity to have their article published on the Law Library’s website.
