Alexis Edwin is the Digital Learning and Curriculum Specialist for the School of Social Work (SSW). She has been with the university since July 2023. Edwin is passionate about enhancing learning experiences through innovative instructional designs and transformative education. With an extensive background in higher education, she has dedicated her career to helping students and educators thrive in dynamic learning environments.
In her role, Edwin coordinates instructional logistics for the SSW graduate programs and focuses on programs with online modalities. With her instructional design background, Edwin assists faculty with course revisions and improvements. In addition, Edwin collaborates with SSW leadership on curriculum updates and accreditation processes. Edwin admires the School's commitment to social justice, academic excellence, and community engagement. She enjoys collaborating with SSW colleagues because of their deep empathy, understanding, and unwavering commitment to advocacy.
