Ashari Wallace is one of three Master of Social Work Academic Advisors. She is located in California. She is a former SW@Simmons graduate student, previous mentor, and staff advisor for the One2One Mentoring Program. She has and continues to participate as a staff and alum for the prospective and admitted students webinars hosted by Simmons School of Social Work. She knows what it is like to be a student in this program and has insight into how to assist students from the advising side. She completed two practicum internships through Simmons and has worked in community mental health/non-profit agencies as well as private practice. She provides group supervision and practicum instruction for MSW students.
