Associate Professor of Practice and Online MSW Practicum Education Specialist
Jeremy Brown, PhD, LCSW is an Associate Professor of Practice and Assistant Director of Online Practicum Education at SocialWork@Simmons. Brown's considerable clinical experience providing mental health treatment, consultation, and supervision informs his scholarly work.
Brown predominantly serves adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. Brown's clinical consultation focuses on creating and improving positive behavioral support interventions for adults with intellectual disabilities. Brown intends for his scholarship to contribute to the development of more accurately informed clinicians and inclusively developed interventions aimed at improving opportunities for the neurodiverse population.
