Noelle Strom

Associate Director of Research and Sponsored Programs

Noelle Strom is a research administration scholar-practitioner interested in optimizing operational efficiency, advancing research administration practices, and enhancing the research ecosystem within higher education. Noelle supports research, scholarship, and creative projects at Simmons through grants and sponsored programs. Noelle leads professional development programming on topics to help faculty meet their scholarship goals.

Before joining Simmons, Noelle was the Director of External Funding for the College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences at the University of Denver. Her most recent research project explores the work of research administration and how elements of the job affect research administrators' perceptions of job satisfaction.
